WHAT TYPES OF RECRUITMENT ROLES DOES HEAD2HEAD PLACE?We place recruitment and HR talent at all levels of seniority. Opportunities include short- and long-term contract placements, permanent corporate roles, internal roles with Head2Head, and virtual/work from home positions with our Solutions division for large-scale projects or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements. Part-time and as-needed recruitment positions are also available.
Some companies also choose work with Head2Head on an exclusive basis for their recruitment talent, meaning that we can connect you to opportunities not available on the open market.
HOW MANY RECRUITERS DO YOU HAVE ON CONTRACT? - management recruitmentOn average, we have between 100 and 130 recruiters actively on contract with our customers at any given time. We also employ an average of 40 to 60 contract recruiters on Head2Head projects through our Solutions division.
WHAT ARE TYPICAL RATES FOR CONTRACT RECRUITERS?Our 4,000-strong recruiter network provides us with unparalleled knowledge of current market rates. Rates vary depending on your experience/tenure, area(s) of specialization, geographical region, and preferred industries. But rest assured, we understand the value of great recruiters, and will always work hard to ensure you’re fairly compensated.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE TIMESHEETS AND ADMINISTRATION FOR YOUR CONTRACT RECRUITERS?We try to make your contract experience as easy and painless as possible. We have an online timesheet and expense submission and approvals process, electronic contract signing and renewals, and support direct deposits to your bank of choice. We also have a full-time Contractor Care team who will answer any questions or concerns you may have, and ensure that any issues are handled quickly and to your full satisfaction.
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FOR A CONTRACT OR AGENCY RECRUITER TO MOVE INTO A CORPORATE RECRUITMENT ROLE? - management recruitmentIt’s easiest to make the transition from an agency to a corporate role if you have an area of specialization or specific industry knowledge. Excellent communications skills, client-facing experience, and a process-driven mentality are also key. However, we see plenty of permanent opportunities for skilled recruiters, and are happy to work with you to find the right placement.
