Dissatisfied with the traditional contingency model, founders Paul Dodd and Stan Hamersak felt that there had to be a better way to recruit. With their combined agency and corporate experience, and a fresh approach, they believed they could bring Canadian organizations not only a greater value for their dollar, but a superior customer experience.

Specializing in recruiting onsite recruiters, Head2Head quickly garnered attention for our unique approach to recruitment – and customers responded. As the business grew, Human Resources, IT and Supply Chain/Procurement divisions were incorporated to accommodate the increasing demand for a new attitude across all recruiting functions.

Now, eleven years later, we have maintained that dialogue, listening and adapting to the ever-changing Canadian market. Today we provide , and solutions across a variety of industries using our network of over 4,000 recruiters and HR professionals nationwide.
